- •User Responsibility: Users must use collected content only for personal purposes. Users are solely responsible for any copyright infringement arising from redistribution or commercial use. The Company assumes no legal liability for such violations.
3. Technical Policies and Prohibited Activities (Acceptable Use)
Users warrant that they, users they represent, and any third parties acting on their behalf will not engage in the following activities. Violation may result in immediate termination of service access at the Company's sole discretion, and users may be subject to civil and criminal liability.
- •Software Misuse: Modifying, copying, creating derivative works, decompiling, or reverse engineering any materials contained in this website or software.
- •Security Breach: Introducing bugs, worms, logic bombs, Trojan horses, viruses, or other code or devices designed to infect or damage systems.

- •Payment: Paid services such as the Pro plan are charged in USD or KRW through international payment methods including Stripe.
- •Refund: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of payment if there is no service usage history. However, due to the nature of digital content, refunds may be limited if capture features have been used or data has been stored.
- •Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the subscription end date.
5. Limitation of Liability
- •The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or uninterrupted operation of the Service. In particular, we are not responsible for capture errors due to changes in target websites.
- •The Company is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Service.
- •Users agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any disputes, lawsuits, damages, or costs arising from their use of captured content.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
As the Company is a U.S. corporation, these terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Delaware, and the Company shall not be liable beyond statutory maximum damages under Delaware law.
