The Company collects minimum personal information necessary for service provision. Users can only register through Google social login.

• •Information collected via Google login: Google identifier (UID), email address, profile name, profile image URL.
• •Information generated during service use: Website URL lists entered by users, captured images and related metadata, access logs, cookies, device information, service usage records.
• •For paid services (using third-party payment services like Stripe): Email address, payment method information (partial card number, etc.). Payment information is not stored on Company servers but securely processed by global payment gateways (PG).

The Company uses collected information for the following purposes.

• •Service Provision: Providing core features including website capture, archiving, and Figma integration.
• •User Management: Identity verification via Google login and prevention of unauthorized use.
• •Service Improvement: AI agent performance enhancement, bug fixes, and statistical analysis.
• •Customer Support: Delivering announcements and responding to user inquiries.

The service you use is operated by a U.S. corporation, and all collected information is transmitted and stored on servers in the United States. By using the service, you consent to the following international transfer of personal information.

• •Items Transferred: All personal information and service data specified in Section 1.
• •Destination Country: United States
• •Transfer Timing: Transmitted periodically during registration and service use.
• •Transfer Method: Encrypted transmission via dedicated network.
• •Recipient's Purpose of Use: Service provision, data storage and management, AI training and performance improvement.
• •Retention and Use Period: Until account deletion

• •User personal information is retained until account deletion in principle.
• •However, captured images and data may be maintained according to the service's 'permanent storage' policy unless users delete them directly. (Upon account deletion, all identifying information is deleted, but de-identified data may be retained for statistics and model training.)
• •When retention is required by applicable laws (e.g., payment records), information is retained for the period specified by such laws.

The Company does not sell or share personal information with external third parties without user consent. However, we entrust processing to the following external specialists for service provision.

• •Figma: Data transmission only when users directly execute the 'Copy to Figma' feature.

The Company uses cookies for login session maintenance and user convenience. Users can refuse cookie storage through browser settings, but some service features may be limited in this case.
